Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card
  - Visa
  - MasterCard
  - American Express
  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • - Please enter correct city / province / address / postal code / phone number / email.

    - The amount that is written on delivery will be filled in as the purchase amount.

    - For inquiries regarding delivery (delivery), there are limitations to what we can check with us, so please contact the post office.

    - We are not responsible for any delayed delivery and we do not offer refunds for orders that have already started shipping.

    - Shipping charges will be charged differently depending on the item (s) ordered and country.

    - Due to the nature of EMS, requests cannot be delivered upon delivery.

    - Due to the nature of overseas shipping, partial delivery is not possible.

    - It will be shipped every Wednesday, but it may change due to internal reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Order

-If there is no country in the country selection when ordering, it is a country that can not be delivered.

-If you place your order in an undeliverable country, your payment will be automatically cancelled.

-We will send you an email when the product is delayed or out of stock, so please write an accurate e-mail.


Customs and Duties


-National customs regulations may result in customs duties in the delivery process.

-All import duties and taxes incurred in international shipments are the buyer's responsibility,

-This charge is imposed by the country of destination and we can not be held responsible.

-Your actual tax amount will vary depending on the shipping region and your purchase.

-In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.

-Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

-All goods do not include customs duty.


Exchange Policy


-Color and size exchange is possible at the stage of payment completed.

-If you want a partial cancellation, please place a new order after cancelling the previous order.

-Cancellation cannot be allowed on the stage of a product delivery.


Refund Policy

-Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your package.

-Once the examination is completed by the relevant team, the items will be reshipped

-All shipping fees for refunds of damaged or wrong items will be borne by BEBEDEPINO.

-It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

-Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


-The followings are cases for a full refund.

  - The original state of an item is damaged or defective. (It should be confirmed by an uploaded photo.)

  - Confirmed wrong delivery.

  - Packages are not delivered to customers properly, due to other reasons caused by BEBEDEPINO or a delivery company.


Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of 1$
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “unlimited"

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
